Vitamatic Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI), 25 mg 250 Vegetarian Tablets - Promotes Energy-Found these B6 tablets to be easy to swallow. I couldn't detect any aftertaste or "burps," the tablets were small and easy to deal with. Funny but true; couldn't detect any difference so I thought while taking these B6, but now that the bottle is completed, must say I believe I'm feeling a bit fatigued, and will resume with my B6's! The difference is there, even if subtle, B6 is an important one in your stay healthy arsenal ! Nice and clean, try these!

I heard about Vit. B 6 being good for helping with sleep quality, and so I decided to try it. I was really impressed with the result of this one (Vit. B6 25 mg). It was a game changer for me. Especially when I take it along with my Magnesium when needed before bed. It's a new brand for me and I feel like it's reliable.

Great value product

Humans do not need to supplement for all things. That being said, some of us need to supplement where others do not. Check with your doctor on this one, I've been using B6 due to some skin issues and it appears to be working for me. Less itchy, less redness so that's a good thing. Easy to swallow, I just add it in with my morning vitamins and pills.
