Can this be used for a baby or adults hair?

This isn't a shampoo or conditioner, it's baby oil in a gel formulation to make it easier to use. But I suppose it could be used in hair also, either baby or adult would be safe.

Mine came without a seal. Do they come with a seal and what kind? Thank you

It's been awhile since I bought mine so I can't rember if it came with a seal or not. If it did, I would think it would be to keep the gel from leaking out through the process of the shipment
