The media could not be loaded. Here I got 3 levels of heating and 3 modes of massager vibrations .But in product description it was showing 6 levels and 6 modes. proved unsatisfaction

Pathetic product...even the screen of the thermal pad i recieved is not matching with the product image on website...screen of product recieved is attached also.. They claimed 6 heating modes and 6 vibration modes.the machine has only 3 modes. It got delivered on 16 march and vibration mode stopped working on 2 april..co incidentally just when return window got closed...and amazon bluntly said they cannot help in this..and i should contact the company directly...and to my shock...on internet there is no company contact num available for customer care ..useless product...better to go for other brands..
