Great pigment, one of the most vibrant blues i’ve seen with food colouring. You don’t need to use much but depending on how much you use you can adjust the strength of pigment. There’s not a huge amount of product but you can probably get quite a few uses out of it.

I think sugar flair is the best food colouring. I have bought this make many times before. Easy to use and consistency is very good and does not taste the icing
