Holy moly these things work! I have COPD from smoking, and sometimes it gets hard to breathe, especially if it's humid outside. I took one, and within about an hour or so, I noticed my lungs opening up, and I coughed out unmentionable atrocities. It also seems to have a calming effect that I didn't expect. As a matter of fact, I'm going to take one now!Keep breathing, me hearties! Yar!

So I just started taking these ,so haven't had time to see if they work. But these are not 'gummy' its more solid but still soft almost a surgery texture. Everything was sealed idk maybe the excessive heat . We shall see
