This is the first time I'm using whey protein. I'm using pro concentrate with milk, packing is good, product is authentic i checked,good taste sugar level is low (i like less sugar), mixability is good,no lumps, it smells like milk chocolate and taste like dark chocolate, because of low sugar you can feel after effects of dark chocolate, performance wise is good it helps me in muscle recovery,no bloating at all and i also feel more horny after i started using it. Nagative -(1) I don't like the taste in water kinda felt weird, and also i suffered boating, headache and sleepy then i switched to milk. (2) The protein content is 924gm it should be 1000gm.

Best mixibility and taste I have taken choclate flavour and it stands out from ON

I’m facing bloating issues with this particular flavour. I’ve tried other Beast Life protein flavours like Rose, Butterscotch, and Malai Kulfi (the best one), and never had any problems. But this is the first time I’ve experienced bloating and mixability issues with the Kesar Pista flavour. I don’t know the reason, and the taste isn’t good either.

The flavour is good as well as protein’s quality. The only thing im worried about is Sucralose as sweetener which consuming daily cudnt be good for health, there are alot of research going on that matters, but u will find mix expert opinion on that. Initially everyone thought there is no bad health effects with Sucralose (like many other things that came out harmful later. They Should have gone for stevia instead.

It is light and easy to digest, didn't give any bloating.
