I love this shampoo but strongly suggest that it be purchased locally. My order took over two weeks to arrive and when it did, it was packaged so poorly that the cap came loose and shampoo spilled all over the bottom of the box.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I hate the scent - didn't use, just opened to smell. I thought it was the Lavender Vanilla but it wasn't, although it was the same color label. Can't return for free through Kohl's, and the cost to ship back is 1/2 the cost of the product. Not worth the effort. Will NEVER buy from this vendor again!

After trying this shampoo 2 separate times, I really, really dislike it. Before purchasing I did a lot of research looking for a good shampoo that would improve hair loss (I'm a healthy 60+). This seemed to be a good choice. On my first use it did not lather at all! I even turned off the shower, put on my glasses to check and see if I had purchased a conditioner by mistake. Nope. So I went back read other reviews that stated "nice lather", then tried it again- NO LATHER. None what so ever, no matter how much I used. The smell is ok. My shoulder length hair was somewhat manageable, although quite flat with no volume. Wondered if it was a knock off, but nothing on the label looked off. I anticipated several uses before I could see any difference in hair loss, but honestly I don't think I can stand it that long. Very Strong Dislike.
