The supplier needs to pay more attention to the U.K. plug sockets as the product is on the Amazon EU web page but when ordered in the U.K. the plug supplied with the unit is no fit for purpose. Apart from that it easy to assemble and I’m hoping this will give my Grandchildren a lot of pleasure as well as ourselves.

This product was sent to me with the wrong adapter and then when the correct fitting was applied, the product did not work. I’m not an expert, but it seems the pump is not strong enough to circulate the water.What is even more frustrating, is it this company have still not paid me a full refund, they paid me part payment, taking out the adapter charges that I incurred. Absolutely unacceptable. Such a shame because I liked the product. Customer services let this company down. I feel ill treated and not listen to.

I fixed it to the wall it looks really good and works perfect

First time I put it on the pump only lasted for one day

water feature worked ok for a few days, then the pump decided to reduce power so much so that the water gets no further than the first level. A COMPLETE WAATE OF MONEY
