Easy to use, sharp blades, clean slices, handle doesn't get hot, used it for two 20 lb turkeys. Very good performance for an electric knife. Have two other brands that we don't like. Not fond of the counter top option, but the wood block storage is nice. Great product

We appreciate Set being supplied with two Knife sets instead of just one typical " Universal, Do-All Blade ". In regard to the Meat and General Blade(s) supplied: We found the Meat Blade works better on slicing thicker crust breads such as Artisan type. Motor feels strong doing such slicing and had no trouble with a bone in ham as well. Knife feels "good in the hand". Comfortable. We choose to have the knife and blades live in one of our kitchen island drawer. The provided stand is attractive and fine, but we don't wish to take up valuable countertop Real Estate, " displaying an electric Knife" lol

As usual price goes down right after anything I buy these days on Amazon. On a pretty low pension this is getting tiresome. I don't comparison shop enough but need to so making it my summer resolution. Some UPDATE: The knife presents nicely but I am concerned about stabilty of blades. The wooden case is great and having 2 blades for my tasks is just what I wanted - for both bread and meats. I haven't done bread yet but I have done lunchmeats and some cheeses too, both cut fine for my needs with decent results after practicing. I wondered when I saw the storage if the knife itself (the motor) would be quality because as we all know each component costs, for packaging, most important really is the Motor. I can't answer for the motor- NOTE: the blades are a bit smaller than the prior electric knives I've had (one "borrowed" from my home never to return to me) The blades look good but do tend to flex more than I rem. my other knife sets of the past which again- were larger). I hope the motor holds up to my use which I do not intend to strain. My electric kitchen gadgets are used, loved, but not abused. What I can say is it looks great and it surprised me- NOTE: fits in my 25+ yr. old cabinetry drawers (shallower than I often see today) and I was quite pleased about that. It seems to stand up fairly stable too but NOTE: be careful where the black plastic stand part fits the slot of the wood as it can come loose from slot if moved around. Stable when standing- just a little warning from me that it CAN happen. No reason a person couldnt use decorative tape or even glue if you want it standing up permanently. I choose option depending on what is most convenience. I don't consider this knife a "cheap solution" for doing heavy slicing work and while I may use it often at times I won't be doing heavy duty work of large roasts etc. Get a meat slicer for for larger projects and save your wrist and arms. . . A thing of NOTE: I have petite hands wear XS gloves and have RA/ nerve damage as well. I think this will allow me to hold up to the tasks I need to do - and do it reasonably well with this NutriChef knife. I like it a lot. Pleasing looks, fits the smaller hand though the price seemed a little steep as I went above my budget. I now am really very pleased with my purchase. As long as you do not end up with a lemon I think you will find it as nice as I do for your self or to gift. I'll be back to tell if this turns out to be that lemon none of us wants :)

Works as advertised. I especially like the corded feature. No worries about if the battery will last. This knife cuts. It is easy to put together. The wooden storage system is compact and is a good addition to the kitchen.

Electric knife is very sharp and slices nice slices of turkey. I love it. Great value for the money.🤑

This worked flawlessly with roasted turkey, cutting through the meat and skin with minimal effort. It's also easy to hold. Be careful when working with those blades - they are sharp. Would purchase again.

Nice knife quality construction

The item should of been sold as Open Box not New ... I knew it had to be someone else's return because of the excessive packing tape to hold the box together and both the knife blades were not in the plastic sheaths there were just thrown in the box, also the stand was messed up it didn't fit together right so I could not use it on counter top as I had planned so I feel this should not have been sold as a new item. I only kept it because I needed it for the day it arrived had company coming for supper and needed it to carve a roast As far as the Electric Carving Knife goes it is very nice and works great so there's that .. do not hesitate to buy the knife ..
