I recently got this smartwatch for my child and it has been a great decision. The watch is filled with useful features like GPS tracking, voice and video calls, and an SOS button which gives me peace of mind. My child loves the playful design and interactive features like the camera and step tracker. It is easy to set up and use, and the battery life is impressive. Overall, it's the perfect balance of fun and safety for kids.

We got this watch for our 7-year-old, who has autism, and it has been well worth the money. The GPS tracking is very helpful—it gives me peace of mind knowing where he is at all times, especially when he’s out playing or at school. He has the tendency to wander and this helps to give more peace of mind. He loves that he can make/receive calls from certain contacts, which makes it super easy for us to stay in touch without the need for a phone.One of his favorite things about the watch is the camera. He enjoys taking pictures of things that catch his attention, and it helps keep him engaged and entertained. It’s a fun feature that also encourages him to focus on what’s around him.The SOS button is another great feature. If he ever feels anxious or needs me, he can instantly reach out with just a press of a button. The watch is simple for him to use and navigate, which is perfect for his age. Plus, it’s durable enough to handle his active play!

I would give no stars if possible. PLEASE READ!!!!! Very important! Do not buy this item. I am a tech savvy individual and mistakenly bought this based off the video calling feature. That said; when unboxing the watch and getting to know it, I began to see red flag after red flag a quickly noticed the security issues. Not only did it have issues pairing ( which it never did ) the website has false advertisements from the company claiming 24/7 support. However, through chat and call there was no support available . confirming all the red flags I saw during the boot up process, and the set up of the app. And just so you are aware I made two separate accounts and was not able to delete either with consistent error codes.I normally do not post however I didn’t want anyone to buy this for their kid seeing as it would be something but to keep them safe. After an hour of troubleshooting, I put the watch back in the box; in the car. Then went right to Best Buy to buy a Fitbit Ace which my child absolutely loves. and I do as well. and trust in the company that makes the watch.

This phone watch is great for my 8 year old granddaughter! It has its own separate plan, (not on our regular phone plan). We are able to talk to her through the phone or video! It has GPS tracking and I have set up a safe zone that alerts me every time she leaves that area! It has a camera where she takes pics! The charger is pretty cool and very easy for her to use, it attaches with a magnet! There is an SOS feature, in case she is in any danger! Battery lasts all day and the face of the phone is customizable! She is really enjoying the phone and I am enjoying the peace of mind at being able to communicate with her and can see where she is from the app! I definitely recommend!

It would get 5 stars, but it is a little confusing about how the info on the phone service is relayed.. I was under the impression I could use my own cell carrier. It says no contract, so I figured that meant use who you want. Nope. You have to use their service. There is “no contract” but without their service, the watch is useless.Functionality wise, and app wise, it works great. My daughter loves it and gps tracking is pretty accurate.

This watch has been amazing for my child! The video calling feature gives me peace of mind knowing I can see and talk to them anytime. The GPS tracking works great, and the SOS button is such a reassuring safety feature. My kid loves the music player and how easy it is to use. The design is super cute, comfortable to wear, and the battery life has been reliable. Perfect for keeping kids safe and connected!! highly recommend!

I was really hoping that the watch would be useful, i have to say that i am pretty disappointed with few things. it was used and has some scratches on the belt. the watch did not have film on screen as well as sticker page had missing stickers. I have also found pictures of the previous owner and a few messages. which is very disappointed.The watch is not very intuitive and scrolling is hard for the kids especially with bigger fonts for kids. it is easy to read. The speaker and call quality work but can be unclear in noisy places. The biggest frustration is that the internet does not work at all and it is only working with wifi. which makes it much less useful that i have expected.Battery life is okay and the watch itself feel b strudy and comfortable but overall, it did not meet any my expectation. I wanted something that would keep me connected and give a peace of mind but this was fall short on that.
