This chair was bought for my husband and he’s very happy with it . It’s a lovely looking chair and a great colour (grey) it’s seems to be of good quality and is a good support it’s fairly firm . It wasn’t too bad to put together but I did have to hold the arms and the back in place for my husband to put the screws in it’s definitely a 2 man job

Really nice looking, comfortable and the folding arms are great. Disappointed with the screw holes not lining up for the arms. Took ages to build. Overall tho very pleased

Very disappointed with the durability and after-sales support. I bought this chair just over a year ago for standard office use. The seat and leather are still in great condition, but the hydraulic height adjustment has completely failed — the chair slowly sinks all the way down within a couple of hours. This shouldn’t be happening after only 15 months. When I contacted the seller, they refused to offer any help because it was just outside their guarantee period. No option to replace the faulty gas lift, no goodwill gesture, nothing. For a product at this price point, the quality and support are well below expectations. Overall, the chair looks good but clearly isn’t built to last, and the customer service doesn’t back it up. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

I was worried about getting a new chair, the old chair I had for more than 12 years it had seen better days !! but there was no need, my new chair is really lovely. good looking, very comfortable. well worth the money only one thing I would bring to your attention: the arms of the chair: they are not fixed they can move up and down. I would have preferred them to be 'fixed' but having looked and compared so many chairs over a few days before making my purchase the information on each chair just got blered. so do be careful. saying that I would not change it.

This chair was very awkward to assemble. The threads for the bolts were recessed back too far, and made screwing into the very difficult. The chair is comfortable. It’s good a decent amount of rock. It would be better if the rocking function could be locked. Not to bad.
