good stuff
I use this in the winter months for my dog's kibble, keeps dandruff down. For the dog I prefer coconut oil, but it sets up too easily in the cooler months, flax seed oil always flows.

Best flaxseed oil I've found
Best flaxseed oil, good price, no weird flavor. Been using this for a couple years in my smoothies. Great source of Omega 3's. I have it on authorship.

Excellent high lignan oil
People are giving bad reviews and showing videos of the cruddy stuff on the bottom, saying that it is bad/ rancid — not realizing that that cruddy stuff is what makes this oil so very special! It is a HIGH LIGNAN OIL — it’s supposed to have that cruddy stuff on the bottom — that cruddy stuff is the lignan that makes this oil especially healthy!! Just shake the bottle well before using and enjoy all the good stuff that it has!! Stop giving bad reviews and misleading people if you don’t know what you are talking about!!

NOT AUTHENTIC
I’m almost 100% certain this is what gave my dog hyperlipidemia. She now has lipid deposits on the surface of her eye. She’s only 7. This is the only thing different we used in her diet. Which means this is probably straight vegetable oil!
