You can actually buy a swing arm kickstand, they clamp on the non drive side and can slide it closer to the rear axle or closer to the crank.

I am a short woman, 5'2" with a 27" inseam. Would this 24" bike work for me, or would I look like a giant clown riding a tiny bike?
