Can this pillow work for someone with a short neck?

This pillow is the WORST purchase I ever made! I honestly don’t think it would work for anyone. It’s a weird shape and very hard.

This pillow is just a scam to fool people into buying a useless product with clever marketing. It’s very uncomfortable to use and does not return to original shape like shown in the pics. Do not buy.
