Excellent directions, quick & easy assembly, nice quality. Good value. Arrived in perfect condition, all parts nicely organized. Even a few spare parts.

Awesome little utility sink. Great value and decent quality overall. Faucet is flimsy and junk. Tossed it. Drain too.. changed it as well. Added in a reverse osmosis tap for my Kinetico water filtration that feeds the ice maker next to it. Basically built a custom wall space in a small laundry room around this unit.

Ok. So I just received it and surprised to see it was not made with solid wood. But instead some type of plywood/particle board with a plastic coating. Think Ikea. After coming back to the Amazon page I see where I felt misled, but also find a correct description of melamine material. I expected solid wood and thought I was paying a premium for it because of the description in the "why choose simplihome" on the Amazon page. "We keep things simple by designing timeless, “high-value essentials” built with exceptional quality—solid wood, high-grade fabrics, and hand craftsmanship. Furniture that makes you say “wow”!" For now, i will leave a 3 star review. If it indeed proves durable to water, I will raise. If not, I will come back. In addition, i would love to hear simplihome thought on this.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the cabinet and sink. Easy to assemble. Not a fan of the chrome on the faucet or the plastic piece going across that doesn't really do anything. I pitched the plastic piece and painted the chrome with a metallic black. Looks good. Problem solved.

This cabinet fit perfectly in the tight space we had. It was a great value for the $, and the stainless steel sink was an upgrade from the dull acrylic sink that was there. The installation was straightforward with clear instructions on how to assemble. The only downside to this cabinet is the sprayer has low pressure output, possibly due to the sink size. Otherwise it looks great!
