I got this for my husband, and so far it’s been a good choice. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he didn’t experience any adverse side effects, which gave us peace of mind. He especially appreciated that it’s made with vegan ingredients, non-GMO, and all-natural, since those things are important to him. Overall: simple and made with clean ingredients

This supplement is a little odd.... It comes from China where it can be hard to know if the quality of a product can be trusted. They do come in a more fancy box than most of the others if that impresses you at all. The instructions say take two or four a day, so obviously there is no solid recommendation, which is it? The pills are a bit smaller then many other supplements and are easy to swallow. They have no noticeable taste or smell. No ill effects, no digestive distress. Too early to see how effective they might be, but we will see. The thing is, if two a day don't seem to help, well then just double the dose and double the daily cost and see how that feels after a while.... right?

Another excellent product from this company. It came well sealed and well presented in a box. A bottle full of Chinese herbal goodness. Radix Ginseng. Radix means root, I had to look it up. Anyway, the "radix ginseng" can give you some extra energy. Upon trying this I found no ill effects; a bit of an energy boost and mental clarity was detected after awhile. And that is from taking just one capsule. I always take less than recommended, this works out better for my sensitive constitution.

This is a tough one for me because I like the way this makes me feel. Traditional Chinese herbs aren’t for everyone. There is actually powered gecko in these. However, I have ingested worse. I just wish it wasn’t in there to be honest. However, the other herbs that are present here work and these give me all day energy. I can’t speak to the efficacy around your kidney health, but Chinese medicine has used these concoctions for centuries and they are generally healthier than we are here in the USA. Asian life expectancies way exceed ours. So, there is that. I like the way these make me feel and they seem to take the manufacturing process seriously. Not sure I can recommend this for everyone, but I like them.
