Product arrived really quick, packaging was great! Product was easy to install, quick connectivity, design and comfort is great! But as for functionality, after I installed them into my motorcycle helmet I noticed one of the speakers is very soft or muffled, it’s barely half as loud as the other speaker. My product is eligible for return/replaced by July 19. I opened the product July 4. It is now July 7. I cant seem to contact the seller directly, but I requested a return/replacement through amazon. It drives me nuts riding and only one side of my helmet has music and the other side sounds more like a faint echo, if even that. I tried adjusting my settings on spotify and youtube music to see if it was the platform I use to stream my music but that isn’t the case. After a couple of days that faint speaker actually cut out for 10 minutes while riding. It continued to cut in and out during use before I reached out to customer support. I would like someone from Syphon Sound to contact me asap about this problem. I would like a replacement, if not, then a refund would suffice. Either or, id like to resolve this issue instead of waiting around not enjoying the product as it is intended. Update as of July 30, 2025: I got in contact with Travis from Customer Support of Syphon Sound. He was VERY helpful and kept an open line for communication. He advised me to send my unit to them and either they will fix my unit and resend me the same one back OR they will send me a new unit. I sent my faulty unit to their address (at my expense) on the 15th and it got there on the 21st. They sent another unit out to me on the 22nd and I received my new unit on the 26th. I’ve reinstalled them into my helmet on the 28th. So far, this unit works so much better than the first one. Both speakers are equally loud and clear. We shall see how well they hold up through time. I hope this is a new unit as I dont know for sure, if they just fixed my old one and sent me the same one back. If this unit craps out in under 6 months then I will know for sure that these speakers are not built to last. I will just have to wait and see how well they hold up. I REALLY hope it WON’T be the case of Skull Candy Brand headphones that are built with great sound but doesn’t last after a while. I messaged Travis for a follow up asking what was the issue with the first unit but he only told me the tech noted it was faulty with no other details or info that could’ve caused it to crap out on me. I will come back to edit this review if something happens in the near future. But for now, I will change my two star review to a 5 star review. Only because they corrected the problem and was very prompt with communication and quick to send me a “replacement” only after they received my unit. Second Update as of December 28, 2025. Speakers are holding up well, still loud and crisp. I use it 5 of 7 days a week. I ride to and from work daily on my bike as it is my only transportation. Always listening to music while I ride has transformed my riding experience. It’s safe to say that these speakers are great and I am still a satisfied customer. They handle well in rain, shine, wind, and everything in between.

I thought i wouldn't like it at first cuz it looked bulky. Side by side comparison with my ride king headset, wasn't bad at all. I only use my headset for music. I don't take calls while riding, so jamming out to music was why i bought this. Doesn't disappoint. Loud, clear and bass hits suprisingly well (obviously not like a car with sounds). Easy to install, looks clean for what it is and easy to use. The length of the wires was perfect for me. Im rockin a rf1400 shoei helmet and its great.

Unfortunately did not work properly for me. On my 3rd ride one speaker stopped working. Also my helmet fits tightly as they should, hurt everytime pulling the helmet on and off with the speakers installed. Certainly will not repurchase, wildly over priced. Just buy a helmet with speakers this just is sadly useless. Wish I could get money back bc in my opinion this is a bit on the scam side as they really did not work very poor sound when they worked

Install into snowmobile helmet is pretty easy. Sound quality is so so. Hoping for more bass but that feature hasn’t changed even with adjusting sound output on iPhone. Controls with gloves on are definitely something I struggle with. Bare hand I can feel and adjust. I think the price point has stayed the same for a few years I have 2 headsets. Easy to charge even when installed. Charging port is on the outside controller. They are pretty comfortable and extra layer of noise cancelling. Cheers!

My son loves the headphones. Says the sound is amazing, easy to adjust. Better than anything he has tried while riding. Definitely worth the price. Easy install. Great product!

These helmet headphones are approximately 1/2" thick once the attachment Velcro is applied. I have a Scorpion EXO AT960 helmet that comes with recess ear pockets already, but they are only about 1/4" deep and with the headphones installed into them, they painfully rub against my ears. I was able to remove additional styrofoam from the ear pockets in my helmet to make them fit comfortably without rubbing my ear. Not sure if removing styrofoam from a helmet is a good idea though, from a structural/safety point. The headphones connect flawless to my phone and sound great when wearing the helmet in a quiet room, once on a road with the wind noise and motorcycle noise they don't sound so good to me. I have ear buds which sound much better when riding but they are a pain trying to keep in my ears when putting on and talking off my helmet. The sound controls are much better with the headphones, but for me the sound from the headphones mixed with all the road noise and motorcycle noise makes them not so great.

So I have had these since December 2024 and pretty impressed at first , had great sound and very convenient, good battery life. Now one of the speakers cuts in and out all the time and sounds pretty crappy.. pretty disappointed I have to say.. and just to be perfectly clear I never had volume passed half way because I still want to hear what's goin on around me.. helmet is always well taken care of and never dropped .. 200 bucks down the drain

Awesome quality and simple to use. I did swap to a Cardo for the ease of switching between helmets for on road and off road riding. Be careful upon install that you don’t rip the cable out of a speaker. Simple and solid speakers for the price

Don’t fit perfect (unnoticeably) in my helmet don’t have the bass covers however don’t hurt or squeeze in anyway and can’t hear it over the wind at well above the speed limit

Here’s an honest review after being advertised this product for months. Installation was easy, and the double-sided tape included is honestly very good. On the first use, I noticed it worked well but with absolutely minimal bass. I mean, what can you expect? It’s inside a helmet, so that’s an acceptable trade-off. However, the second time I used it, the left earbud was only working at 50% volume. I live in the Northwest Territories and was riding my snowmobile at −30°C. After the first use, the left side only functioned at 50% volume. Disappointed because now I have to pan the sound all the way to the left to balance the sound. Gentlemen, this tech just isn’t good yet. Save your cash. Use earbuds.
