It took me a second to figure out how to use it, but that’s just me I think lol. Works well and does what I expected it to!

Difficult to put bags on to use. It’s a great idea because it’s small enough to carry on walks.

The claws don't close properly in grass. It doesn't close easily when you are actually picking up. I ended up getting it in my hands trying to make it work 💩🙄. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this because at 60, it's hard to keep my balance when bending down to the ground to clean up after my dog, not to mention it hurts my back and leg muscles. I wasn't hopeful since it didn't look like it was very tall but I'm amazed at how much it helps me. It seems to be made very well and is sturdy. I love that I don't have to clean it off because the poo never touches it! Great product. Thank you!
