Very high quality dolls, great representation of the movies, and perfect size

This is the first time we see a fashion doll scaled Maui, which is very exciting!Right off the bat, box presentation is really nice. You get a nice view of both dolls, Unboxing was very easy and straightforward. In this set you get Moana in her new look from “Moana 2”, as well as demigod Maui, who’s the real star of this set. Both dolls feature rooted saran hair with a curly texture, and head sculpts in the likeness of each character. Moana is wearing a one-piece dress with her iconic necklace and anklet accessories, while Maui wears his fun grass grass skirt with his tooth necklace and Fish hook sphere that he can actually hold. One thing thats cool about Maui is that they actually screen printed most of his tattoos and are very close to the ones we see in the movies!Both dolls feature the basic 5 points of articulation, which is okay since these are for younger kids.Overall I think this is a great set, especially for Maui. He truly is the star of this set in my opinion. And this will sure delight both fans of the movie that are young and old.

This made a lovely gift since the pieces are very accurate to their characters. The articulation was a hit with our children and it was a great value for the money since you get two characters. Very happy with this!

These are both nice looking dolls. I think both of their faces look good. Maui has a more mischievous look on his face, which is fitting for his character. They both have a lot of hair, so it will be fun to style and brush. I like Maui's hair, especially, since male dolls often have hard plastic hair and we have another Maui with hard plastic hair. Maui has all of his tattoos, including his little friend on his chest. Their clothes are cloth and removable. The both have plastic, removable necklaces. Maui comes with is fish hook. These dolls aren't very articulated. These would make a nice gift for any Moana fan or a child that likes Disney dolls in general. They are nice quality like most of these kinds of dolls are that are connected to Disney characters.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!

This is a really cute set. You get Maui, Moana, and a big Maui-sized hook. My daughter was thrilled with it. My only hesitation is that the quality is not the best. Their arms and legs don't bend, and the way Maui's head is situated on his body is really weird when you turn it. We have a Moana 1 doll with posable joints, and she is much better quality. I can tell that even the hair on this one is worse. Having said that, you're getting a lot for your money here. I think the better quality Moana doll was about $25 for just that doll; this is $35 for so much more. Especially if it's for a younger kid who is probably going to wreck them eventually anyway, I think this is a pretty good value.

I couldn’t tell from the listing just how huge Maui is! When I opened the box, I started laughing because he’s just so big. He really is the best part about this set. His arms and legs move. His body is hollow plastic and his hair is soft and can be brushed. He wears a one piece leaf skirt that can be removed but good luck finding anything else that fits him. He also has a necklace and hook. Moana is what you expect for a bargain princess doll. Her hair is soft but a bit untamed. Her dress is one piece and just printed to look like multiple pieces. She also has a necklace and ankle bracelet. These are not collector’s dolls but child playthings. It is a super cute set that any little child would be happy to get.
