I’ve used this product steadily. I’ve always had trouble sleeping for as long as I could remember. This certainly helps. Price point is fair and the amount is pleasing. I would suggest recommended dose per instruction. Side effects, have been minor grogginess from time to time. Solid overall performance.

Works very well with getting me to sleep and STAYING asleep. I’ve had some weird dreams here and there on it, but not every time. Also, I don’t recommend using it on consecutive nights because your body WILL get used to it (learned the hard way). You won’t be able to sleep as sound for a good night or so until your body gets used to being without it again.*** Also BE CAUTIOUS when taking this regularly. The main chemical in this one is known to be terrible on your memory.***I noticed my memory was kind of wacky after using this regularly, then I looked into it and found out that’s a common side effect.My sister who is an experience RN also has said to avoid these due to the danger of this main ingredient.

This is a very good brand of sleeping aids.

I only take one and I'm out for the night. If I take two, I wake up groggy and tired.

Dosage says 1 geltab...I have to take 2 to even remotely feel like its working...going back to ZZQuil
