Hi, i've not used a raw tube but it'll fit a tube that's 4.5 inches / 11.5cm long. Zip's not great on it as it gets caught around the edges. Mine broke and i used an elastic band to hold it together. Was fine for a festival and kept the dry goods dry ;)
