I bought two of these seats to replace the small firm seats that came on two E-bikes. The seat appears to be well built and has what I would call a firm memory foam cushion. My only issue with the seat is the "shock absorbers" under the seat. The blue plastic absorbers are hard as a rock and don't seem to offer any shock absorbing. However there is enough give in the memory foam to make for a comfortable ride without being overly too soft.
