Love this body wash! I usually use Alba Botanicals, but didn’t love the massive bottle since I have a stand-up/walk-in shower, so I was on the hunt for something with clean ingredients and added moisture, as I tend to have dry and sensitive skin, and Cali Naturals checks all the boxes! I enjoy vegetal smells (and cocktails and smoothies!) and wasn’t sure about the scent at first, but it grew on me. You get notes of sweetgrass and a hint of verbena. It works into a nice lather even with minimal ingredients. It’s is shockingly green, but it’s kind of fun, and despite splashing everywhere, it’s hasn’t stained my snow-white tile. Subscribing so I’m never without it!

Scent is like a mango. Very fresh and authentic fruit scent. I will be buying the whole line. I also like its a safe, natural product.

Great moisturizing and cleansing body wash. Also great for shaving. Only thing I don’t like is the smell, which is why I left 4 stars. The smell reminds me a bit of stale Obsession perfume from the 80’s. It’s not too unbearable or lingering, so I’ll finish out the bottle because I like the results. Will try a different scent next time. Overall recommend, you may like the scent!

Smells good, doesn't have toxic chemicals and is made in California. 10/10 purchase I have sensitive skin (moderate eczema) and this body wash is moisturizing and doesn't agitate my skin like some of the big box brands do.

I'm loving this body wash! I'm in the pool most days of the week, year-round, and my skin has become extremely dry. I switched to California Naturals from a nice, but too harsh cleanser. Okay, the Sweetgrass scent is kind-of ick, but it definitely doesn't linger and it isn't strong. I've become used to it. The cleanser is sudsy, but not drying. Really gentle. A decent amount for a decent price and the green is fun!

I don’t like that they added fragrance even if it is “food safe” so I deducted 2 stars. A “natural” company should understand that extra ingredients like fragrance are unwarranted especially given all the recent research about fragrances being hormone disrupters. It made me itch quite a bit and didn’t lather up very well. I definitely feel I overpaid. Probably will not purchase again due to added fragrance. I don’t need unnecessary chemicals going onto my skin and into my body no matter how “food safe” they are deemed. It’s also dark green.

I’ve tried many body washes, but this one is by far my favorite! Usually, my skin feels tight and dry after showering with other body washes, but this one actually leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft. It’s a huge relief for my sensitive skin. The scent is unique, but I absolutely love it! It’s fresh and refreshing without being overwhelming. My fiancé loves it too! He has eczema on his hands, and this body wash has helped moisturize and soothe his cracked skin, which is a huge win for us both. This brand is amazing, and I will definitely look into trying more products from their line.
