Thankfully this seller stands behind their product. This was a really fun phone for my kid, but after using it for about 3 months, it no longer turns on. Tried different chargers, tried resetting it, everything, but it just no longer works.

This is a cute little phone for my 5 year old. I bought it as one of her Christmas gifts. I do think it was a little tough getting the songs to transfer to the phone. You have to convert your itunes songs to MP3 songs. I only put a few on the phone due to the headache of trying to convert the music. If you use something other than itunes it may be easier. It makes noise, has a little camera (that's fine for a 5 year old) has some games and the music is a big bonus for my little one. I may look for an alternative if I hadn't already bought it. But i'm not completely dissatisfied with it.

This stupid thing started glitching out of nowhere. And of course it’s past my return window. Do not recommend this phone at all. When it was working it was not user friendly for the targeted age group. The battery would die quickly and it was not good quality. Save your money.

I bought a dinosaur and a unicorn. The kids were SO excited about these phones. I love that they can pretend they have phones but I don’t have to worry about the internet. Just good clean fun. Unfortunately they didn’t last more than 6 months. One has a really hard time turning on and staying on and the other one has black lines on the screen that don’t go away. The kids have taken very good care of them too. Such a bummer. Update… I’m upping my rating because the company reached out to me and gave me some great customer service…which it think is so very important. Super helpful and quick to reply!

Está lindo para las niñas... sienten que traen su propio celular... solo no me gustó que varias funciones están en inglés y no todo se puede configurar en español, eso hace que los niños pierdan el interés porque no le entienden
