I have a very simple (and very subjective) test for lutein supplements: if, after two weeks of taking a particular supplement, during the third week, my eyesight stays as sharp on evenings as on waking up, I give it thumbs up. This is terribly unscientific, but works for me. This supplement fits the bill. Will buy again.

Time will tell if the product helps my eyes any but candid any harm and price is.no dearer than an unknown brand. I have used zipvit gels drinks supplements from when I used to cycle and found. Them to be the best out there and was surprised to find they did these and other tablets so didn't hesitate to switch to them.

A specialist suggested I take lute in when my left eye was affected badly by age related macular degeneration a year ago. My doctor had never heard of it. Online there are differing prices, I found this wax competitive and I feel comforted by taking it.

Certainly made a difference over the weeks, vision is clearer, still taking this to maintain the difference before and than now. This was also taken with Astaxanthin, natural Astaxanthin. The mix and combination with bilberry works well with me I found improvements in my vision
