This 3-in-1 farmhouse coffee table is exactly what we needed for our lake house! The removable table top is great for board games, and the built-in play mat is a game-changer. The four drawers provide plenty of storage for all our game pieces and accessories. Plus, the power outlet is super convenient for charging devices while we play. It’s functional, stylish, and a perfect fit for our space!

This table has an elegant look to it that is perfect for modern farmhouse or similar decor. Construction quality leaves a little to be desired, it's made entirely from some type of chip or fiber board, nothing is solid wood. Long term durability is questionable, be careful with it, make sure to use casters for any drinks on the top.Design is unique, the whole top of the table lifts away. The top has small legs on either side that nest inside the base of the table, but it isn't attached with any fasteners. The design is meant allow games to be played inside the base after removing the top, with the outer walls helping to contain any small game pieces. In practice, it's a little cumbersome. The top is heavy and not the easiest thing to remove or find a place for, and the game area inside is not really large enough for anything but a game. There isn't much room for drinks or snacks, for example.Overall, this is an interesting table that may be perfect for some, but consider the pros and cons carefully.

Instructions for assembly were very bad. I am used to putting furniture together but this was on another level. Pictures in instruction manual aren't correct, or don't show correct orientation or no orientation at all. The drawers feel loose or only come out halfway without force and do not hold much, but they may for what you need. Overall it seems structurally sound enough and I like the topper a lot actually. Have not tried the build it outlet yet. Will still use it until it breaks as its a great table for the price.

The media could not be loaded. This table is really nice! It's gorgeous, but assembly is time-consuming. It is not very lightweight, so keep that in mind if you opt to assemble it alone. The instructions clearly state in the beginning that they suggest professional assembly. With all of that said, each place that requires a screw or connecting aligns clearly and precisely. The table has visible holes, or cut-outs in each piece, for starting screws or connecting other pieces. The instructions are mostly clear and easy to understand. There are a few images that are still clear but very small. Luckily, I caught the details before assembling these items incorrectly. **Pay close attention to the hole alignments when installing the rails for the drawers.** If the holes do not align with the pieces, look closer at the instructions. Everything is specific.The tools needed for assembly are not included. I used several different sizes of phillips head screwdrivers. There are several recessed screws, so make note of this as well. I like that the pieces were assembled separately and then combined as assembly progressed. I did put this together without a second person. It would be easier to have another person. When combining the pieces, it was challenging to put the sides on, but once they were put on, the assembly went much faster.I did think the top of this table was secured and would pop up or off, depending on use, but the top piece is a stand-alone piece. It is not secured to the table. Keep this in mind because this piece comes off if you try to move the table by its top piece. I like the versatility of this table. I wish the drawers were deeper, but they will still work for what I want. This is a beautiful piece of furniture. As long as the pieces align, the paint doesn't chip, and the screws go in pretty smoothly. Be patient and double-check the pieces and the instructions before moving forward. This table should last a nice long time. I am really happy with it, especially now that it's assembled!I have included a video of all of the pieces after they were unpacked from the box and the fully assembled table with the top up and down.

There are not enough places to brace the pieces together, all of the "wood" is made of particle board. The holes for the few brace screws are too big to actually be able to hold the screws in place and the table broke when I was trying to get a piece out that I had managed to install backwards. Do Not Buy. Its discontinued by the seller for a reason. AND my package didn't come with a packet of screws I needed so I had to go out and buy them myself.
