Glossy handle finish, full tang hilt. Not bad

The media could not be loaded. The glossy handle finish could be a bit slippery if you’re using wet gloves from handling raw chicken. I really appreciate the curvature of the blade. 8inches it the magic number for kitchen French knife. Absolutely love it. And am getting used to the hilt as it’s full tang allows me to grip the knife three different ways. Very utilitarian.
