Sharp as can be
Mine was delivered later than expected but still came before Christmas when I needed it so that’s ok. The knife came extremely sharp! It trimmed up my brisket like a knife through butter, the design is cool, it feels pretty durable and good quality. I’m completely satisfied with how it carved up my first ever brisket.

Top edges of blade sharp
Nice knife for the price. Blade is ultra sharp, thin and flexible. Be careful because the top edges are sharp as well. Should have been eased. I cut my finger.
