This is good quality high strength vic c and and in liquid form so gets absorbed quickly and better than tablets. It has a slight sharp taste to me and i put it in fizzy water to drink. If you put it in juice you would not taste it and ive also just squirted it on my tongue. Its very easy to take with the dropper and a bottle lasts ages. I take this as well as other vitamins and Ive definitely seen an inprovement with my immune system.

I hope this product is what's claimed but I find it hard to believe there is no form of sugar in the ingredient list. It is horribly sweet. I've used another brand (no longer available) for a long time and it was much better. What is making this taste so sweet I wonder? It wasn't just one bottle - sadly. I shall look elsewhere when I need more.
