great taste! a little chalky but not bad! I really recommend them ! I had a really hard time getting pregnant and as well as having periods and i started taking this for 5 months and bam periods came back and I am now 6 months pregnant! highly recommended.

I started taking these and after a month of consistently taking them I felt a difference in my body. They were very effective. I had more energy, less feeling blah and my periods were so light and painless.

So far very happy with these. Haven't taken them long enough to evaluate health benefits, but I am happy to not have to take 4 pills or mix powder into a drink to get the equivalent. Very appreciative that it's not too sweet and only contains 1 carb, a lot less than most gummy versions. I don't mind taking pills but it is nice to have a solid alternative. Another review compared its taste to fun dip and I have to agree it reminds me a lot of fun dip.Will see overtime if it does what it's advertised to do. Overall happy with it and would purchase again.

Giving four stars for now. I will be trying this for at least 6 months and will come back on in 3 months with an update as well. Taste initially before chewing not my fav so hurry and chew and flavor is fine after that. It’s not as chalky as tums it definitely has more moisture in it. I have PCOS with symptoms of tiredness, thinning hair, hirsutism, acne as well as cystic from time to time, cysts, irregular period and once in a while depression. Hoping this helps!I tried this for three weeks. Unfortunately it did not do well with my body. I got nauseous, upset stomach, headaches and insomnia from this. The taste was fine and I’m sure not everyone’s body reacts this way but mine did unfortunately.

These chewable tablets are a great alternative to tablets or capsules you have to swallow. Chewable tablet texture is a tad grainy but not off putting. Flavor is as you would expect from a chewable supplement, palatable but not something i want to eat multiples of. This supplement price wise compares nicely to other supplements but is more ideal for me as I hate swallowing supplements. After transitioning to this supplement I never noticed an negative effects so i feel that it is as effective as my past supplement, which is great.
