Not bad for gluten-free, nice taste. I used this as a dry topping for cobbler. You would need LOTS of egg whites to bake cake as usual.

Ten Egg whites needed to make this cake.
This cake was moist and delicious. I am only giving four stars as I was not aware 10 egg whites were needed to add to this cake. Not difficult to make, just costly in my opinion.

Great alternative gf angel food cake
Perfect alternative to regular Angel food cake for those sensitive to gluten. I loved this cake and it was very easy to make. It did take a dozen egg whites, but well worth it.

This mix tastes just like homemade, non-gluten-free angel food cake! It isn't as straightforward as the just-add-water kind, but I am willing to go through the ten egg whites this uses for this level of tastiness on a gluten-free diet. I just used the egg yolks for scrambled eggs the next day. It doesn't bake up as lofty as non-gluten-free, but that is ok by me. If you are looking at this, you probably already know that most gluten-free baked goods aren't exact replicas. It still has a nice light texture and moistness level and is the next best thing for sure! A beautiful cake for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, or any day! I have made it 3 times now and it hasn't let me down yet.
