This is a life changer! I have PCOS and as a result have suffered from weight gain, cystic acne, hirsutism, acanthosis nigricans, menorrhagia....you name it! I got this 4 months ago but did not start taking it until about 3 weeks ago. In this time my period has finally stopped, my face is COMPLETELY clear of acne, my facial hair has slowed down dramatically, my sweet cravings have all but disappeared (which I guess is the result of balancing my blood sugars), my anxiety is waaaaay down (which I didn't even know was a side effect of this supplement), and my neck is (slowly) starting to lighten up. Disclaimer: When I decided to buy this supplement, I thought it was just going to balance my hormones and regulate my period. I did not realize that all these added benefits would also be part of the deal. I am ALSO supplementing with 800 to 1200mg Vitex daily, but I have tried Vitex on it's own prior to this and did not get these types of results. Vitex is normally able to stop my period on it's own, but I have never had these additional benefits on vitex. Only thing I hate is that I have to take so many pills in one sitting. I've been taking 4 pills at night to give it max time to absorb, but I am going to try taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night to see how that works as well. I do notice that if I miss a day or take it late that I may have spotting in between. The real test will be to see if I'm able to have a "normal " cycle next month. You definitely have to be diligent, but when you are, the rewards are totally worth it!

I was diagnosed with PCOS in March 2018. I was concerned as I had never heard of PCOS prior to my regular OB/GYN check up. I am 29 years old. I went 8 months without a period. I knew something was wrong, so I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with PCOS. PCOS can be a tricky thing there isn't really a cure for it. But, there are supplements like these that can help. These supplements have completely changed my life! I feel like I am alive again. I started taking these and within 5 days I started my period and it was a regular full cycle. I am hoping that these will help me ovulate regularly as my husband and I would like to have children within the next 2-3 years. The size of the pills do not bother me at all because the positive results of the pills outweigh the size or dosing. I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. I have no side effects or negative reactions to these supplements. I am in a much better mood, overall happier, less anxiety, less panic, feel better, look better, more productive and my sleep is normalized. I will continue to order these supplements over and over again! Thank you so much! Note: I take 2 capsules in the morning when I wake up and 2 before I go to bed. I do take these at the same time every day. I also take folic acid (pm), Vitamin C(am) and Omega 3(pm) daily.

I’m a 32-year-old female and I’ve been taking them for 3 months going on 4. I was diagnosed with PCOS - insulin resistance and I suffer from hirsutism (male patter beard). My period is regular 30-33 day cycles but It’s heavy and painful, super crampy. I also have insomnia, I’m always tired, and my anxiety seems to be getting worse as I age. When I finished the first bottle is when I noticed improvements like - it became easier to fall asleep at night (I no longer had to take Advil PM or a sleeping pill). My facial hair started slowing down, and I could go a few days without having to shave. My cramps improved slightly but were still there. I suffered a miscarriage July 2019 (not a planned pregnancy but we were super excited). I started taking these pills Sep 2019. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since October, so for 2-months now but no positive pregnancy yet. I will update as soon as It happens. The reason why I decided to write a review is bc I did not reorder my 4th bottle in time so for almost 2 weeks I was without my pills and my insomnia And facial hair took over me once again, therefore I will continue to take them. They did not interfere with my regular cycles. I’m still tired but manage to get everything done. I did not rate them a 5 bc I feel they’re a bit pricey. And I still have not gotten my BFP. Update!!:: After taking 5 bottles and no positive pregnancy test, I had to take clomid and luckily it was successful on the 1st attempt. I’m no longer taking these pills. POSITIVES: I have PCOS and haven't had a period in over 7 months! 4 Days after starting this, I got my period!!! I can't say with certainty about how it is helping with other functions in my body such as my insulin resistance until I do blood tests, but my mood does seem to be somewhat improved and it has really HELPED MY ANXIETY!! I chose this specific brand because it has both "MYO and D-CHRIO" Inositol in it as opposed to buying each one separately or using Ovasitol which although works, is quite expensive! I would (and have) recommend this to other "Cysters" out there dealing with PCOS and its nasty symptoms! NEGATIVE: The only negative thing I can say is that you have to take 4 of these capsules to get the full serving size dosage...I wish it could be just 2 capsules but I can look past that. PACKAGING & SHIPPING: This order came quickly! Exactly 2 days using my Prime account. It was packaged nice and neatly, sealed, and had the tamper proof wrapping on it. OVERALL: I gave this a 5 star rating because I would recommend this in my PCOS support group to help anyone out there with their symptoms. It is a reasonable price and I noticed it working within days of taking it!
