Excellent, foldable design with good steel and welds. Everything worked as advertised, except it was shipped missing the hand air pump and was not the black color I ordered - I received red, which I’ll keep anyway since it looks more disability appropriate (which I am). Appears to zip around just fine with my 240 lb weight. It is heavy, so a materials change to aircraft aluminum would be ideal for this design. With a few tweaks, I think this scooter could be VA or Medicare approved!

This scooter is really easy to use and is easy to fold and transport. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased this scooter mainly for cruises. It works great on a ship if you are driving to the pier. However, we tried to use it for air travel and it is a big failure. The battery has a value of 480 (48 volts times 10AH). The max value of the battery for air travel is 300. American Airlines said I can't take it! Don't buy this scooter for air travel. Prior to purchasing on Amazon I called the Culver office in Orange County Calif. and was told it was approved for air travel. So much for being able to rely on a retailer.

After examining the scooter with my grandson I have decided to keep the scooter, only I need you to send the tire air pump please. The battery pack is hard to slide in and out. Hope it will loosen up when I need to remove. Please send me the air pump for inflating the tires when needed. Thank you!
