Arrived on time and in good condition. This worked really well for me. Being usually slightly anaemic, I usually take an iron supplement for a for up to a week every month to restore what was lost and regain my energy. I've done so since my teenaged years, but not a single iron supplement has been this effortless and effective without the side effects, all while still tasting good. Really very grateful to have found a methylated form of iron. Also very happy they with their choice of sweetner since I usually get an aftertaste both from stevia and from monkfruit. I was back to normal energy levels after taking this for 3 days. I'll be sticking with this one unless they make unnecessary changes. Since it isn't something that I need to take daily, I'd say it is good value for money. I'm happy with this purchase.

My dad recommended this iron to me. It works amazingly! Raised my ferritin from 47 to 58 in just 4 days at a tablespoon a day! Not only has it raised my ferritin, but I have more energy and no longer get so short of breath and feel like I’m going to pass out when singing. I could feel a difference in “air hunger” after the first dose and continue to notice benefits. While the “normal” ferritin range is enormous, like 15-150, most wellness experts agree somewhat between 80-110 is the “optimal” range where mitochondrial function, thyroid function (especially T4 to free T3 conversion), nail health, hair growth, and endurance are optimized. Below 70, these processes will still be sluggish. As I’m learning, you do NOT have to have anemia of even low ferritin to have symptoms of anemia like fatigue. This iron works great to raise levels and you really feel the difference. The berry flavor is good, it’s sweet but definitely palatable, and it also doesn’t upset my stomach at all. No nausea, heavy stomach feeling, or constipation like I’ve experienced with other brands. If you’re looking to raise your iron and feel better, I strongly recommend this brand. It’s highly absorbing. Just monitor your levels so they don’t get too high.

I’m pregnant and was told that I had low iron and was anemic. I was prescribed iron pills, but was told that liquid iron would help get my iron up faster. I’ve been taking this every other day for a month and just tested my iron levels again and was told I am no longer anemic. This supplement works fast, tastes good and doesn’t leave my stomach upset. Highly recommend!

I've bought this item 3 times already and i am so satisfied with it! I can feel the change instantly, when I'm cold or tired and feeling like I don't have clarity "brain fog" or face looks so pale or yellow, and nails are brittle etc. this works for my whole family! from my youngest to my teen and even myself as an adult, it works for all of us. the taste I have no problem with, I understand it is iron so it might have a slight taste of it but it's not bad at all. Been taking shy of a week and coincidental or not, I felt a difference on day #1! I can only describe it as feeling like a cloud being lifted (from brain fog). The taste is fine - I really can't be picky since I can't swallow pills. It does have a copper penny aftertaste, which is expected, but I simply chug down water after taking and it seems to help lessen that. So far so good and no complaints!

Disgusting! the first day it came I opened it and it tasted fine but then after refrigeration... It has been disgusting. Sorry not sorry. I will be finishing this bottle up and finding a better tasting one because F this. not for me but obviously someone loves it so i give this a 3.

I like this supplement, it's lighter of a drink than what I was using before. I took my last supplement on an empty stomach with no issues but I find if I do that with this I get a little nauseous/indigestion so I made sure to take it with something light. Otherwise no issues.

I’ve purchased this one a few times now. The flavour is quite sweet with a syrup-like texture. Purchased during pregnancy. Great product as it is gentle on the tummy and non-binding.

Strong aftertaste, but works as a supplement. Edit: maybe our tastebuds are sensitive. Anyway, company contacted for support on this issue. I highly recommend this brand and appreciate their effort.

I needed a replacement for the smart solutions product as their liquid kept going out of stock. I was hesitant for this but it turns out this causes no stomach upset.

Does the job, really does!! BUT- REALLY makes your urine/stool smell terrible, and the berry flavour is simply bad.. I can only handle it if it's a small amount mixed in a smoothie.

Was a great iron supplement on paper, with ingredients and levels. The liquid is very thick, like castor oil texture. And while pregnant it was very hard to swallow. The taste is very mild and not sweet.
