They were horrible. Not windproof and cold air went right through ...
First of all I am being generous in giving theseb2 stars . I ordered these gloves because I work outside and since the temperatures were going to be obscenely low I needed to keepMy hands warm .I would not even wear these skiing . They were horrible . Not windproof and cold air went right through as if I wore almost nothing .I ordered a medium which were a snug comfortable fit however unable to wear liners with them .

The quality control isn't the best but the gloves kept my hands dry and warm ...
My gloves came with a small noticeable tear on one of the fingers. The quality control isn't the best but the gloves kept my hands dry and warm for five days in Tahoe and I was down on my hands a lot as a novice snowboarder. The boysenberry color is really pretty.

love these gloves
love these gloves. super comoftable and clearly insulated. Some ski gloves feel like clubs but these are awesome in the finger movement department. love the elastic wrist bands. I have skinny wrists and these are perfect. I got one pair that had a stitch issue in one finger but they refunded my money and these were already one day shipping so no big deal.

Long drying time
I would give these 3.5 stars if I could. I bought them for skiing. They fit as expected and the construction/quality seems sturdy. I like the soft cuff around the wrists for extra warmth. My biggest complaint though is they take FOREVER to dry- like DAYS. I fell skiing a few times so naturally my hands touched the snow. 2 days later I put my hand in the gloves and the inside fingertips were still wet. Not so good.

You're better off spending the money on a name brand pair ...
Do not buy these gloves! On the first day of my ski trip my right glove ripped. My fingers were cold and wet the entire trip. You're better off spending the money on a name brand pair of gloves.

Good gloves for the price, but they fit too small
Good gloves for the price, but they fit so small, I had to send the first pair back. They're water resistant, but not waterproof. Definitely sufficient for a day on the slopes.

and glad I ordered the size large based on other reviews
I bought these because they were advertised as being waterproof. I received them today, and glad I ordered the size large based on other reviews, otherwise they'd be too small. I wear a medium normally. I like the color, maroon, though would call it more purplish than reddish maroon that is shown. The biggest disappointment was they are not at all waterproof. I tested by running water over the top for about 5 seconds, and though some water initially rolled off, the rest soaked right in. I purchased these for hiking, to keep my hands warm and dry in case there's a chance of showers. So I will be returning them and hopefully will find some that are truly waterproof.

Great for shoveling and playing with the kids
I have worn these several times now to shovel snow and to build snowmen and they are great. They keep my hands warm and dry and allow plenty of movement. I am not sure how they would hold up if you wore them outside for an entire day to ski or something like that. I am only wearing them for an hour or two at a time. But overall I am very happy with them!
