I started taking these NAD shots 40 days ago. During the first month, I had one bottle a day, then went down to three bottles per week. Have I noticed any difference? Definitely. Only on day FIVE I could feel I had more energy and considerably better focus and memory. The energy part is what most matters to me, especially because I never drink coffee. After a week or so I started noticing changes in my skin and face. I have always had good skin and almost no wrinkles. I also do facial exercises. Though my face was in pretty good shape, these shots still managed to improve my face noticeably. I have them on Subscribe & Save and plan to continue using them.

This is my 2nd try of this brand of NAD. I do ask questions to seller or manufacturer. They don’t answer me. I had no clue I could drink with ice & water or beverage. Still waiting to see some results
