Either wrong power tag or substandard material

I have ordered a +2,75 reading glass. Unfortunately, the item which was supplied was either of much less power or was of substandard material for which everything seemed hazy while using the glasses. Probably the item was not tested before despatching though it had a +2.75 tag.

I have bought 2 times the same product and very very low quality for the price that the spectacle gets broken on slightest of friction. So plz do not buy.
