I’ve been using the Tangle Teezer Ultimate Detangler for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best brushes I’ve tried. The two-tiered teeth really do make a difference — it glides through wet or dry hair with far less tugging than regular brushes. I’ve noticed fewer knots, less breakage, and overall smoother hair after showers. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the Liquorice Black color looks sleek and high-quality. It works well on both thick and fine hair, and it doesn’t feel like it’s ripping through tangles the way some brushes do. If you struggle with knots, have long hair, or just want something gentle and effective, this is a fantastic pick. I’d definitely buy it again.

This is a really good brush that glides through hair easily and helps with knots without pulling. It feels gentle and comfortable to use. The only downside is the price which feels a bit high for what it is. Still a good buy overall.

Amazing brush great value for your money

I lost my hand-held Tangle Teezer during a trip, so I needed a replacement. I thought of getting one I can also use in the shower...I can confirm it's a great purchase! I have wavy hair, and it works wonders. It detangles hair very well in both dry and wet situations and seems sturdy, for now (purchased a few months ago).

I purchased this tangle teezer hair brush about 3 months ago and bought two more hair brushes from different, well known brands since then to see if it could get even better than this brush. My conclusion: This tangle teezer hair brush is in a league of its own. I am super happy and would highly recommend it. > great size, not too bulky but also not too small. > feels good in hand and seems sturdy (dropped it a couple of times, no major scratches) > bristles don't seem harsh or sharp on the scalp, they are fairly bendy and quite soft > really good to style your hair and work hair products into the ends. > super easy to free the brush from hair products with water and hair just with your fingers > brilliant to detangle your hair in the shower (working your way from the bottom to the roots, all the way up). THUMBS UP! My reliable helper to detangle and style my curls!!

This is the best brush I've ever used for my 4C hair. Love that it has a handle. I had the original Tangle Teezer and wasn't too fond of it especially since it kept slipping out of my hand. This one has longer "teeth" and I am amazed that it almost glides through my hair. It takes me less time to detangle my hair and it stays detangled longer. There's also less shedding and breakage. It never ceases to amaze me how much less hair there is in the brush. Love the curl definition it gives me too! I think I need to order another one to travel with.

I am so thankful for this hair brush! My 3yr old screaming during hair time has finally stopped since buying this brush. It is very easy to use and perfect for those with a tender head. I use it the same as any other brush but for some reason this is the only one that doesn’t hurt my daughter. I even used it only her dad who has super super coily hair and was able to detangle his hair easily and with no pain as well. I use it almost daily and it has held up well with no signs of wear. It was such a great price too, I definitely recommend this to anyone who has a young one with curly hair or even for adults! This is the only brush we use now and it has been a lifesaver.
