Size is far too small for adults, more suitable for kids.

Had high hopes for this apparatus but unfortunately it has an extremely strong spring and is not suitable for me. Maybe fine for someone fitter.

4 stars because the S shape makes it seem uneven. But I do think the undercarriage has lifted. And it's a quick grab. I do 20 or 30 squeezes when I remember. As it's not so dedicated it's probably multi purpose.I would say that a cushion or a foot ball or even elbow resistance might work on the same muscle set. But I'm happy with it. It's fairly robust. And not embarrassing to leave around.

Please take care when unwrapping the thigh master. It is packaged to save space so when you open it. It literally springs into action. I've had one of these in the past and it lasted years. You can have a really effective work out with the thigh master. I enjoy using it.
