I love this. I used it 3 times within the first 24 hours of having it. Very easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee quality is great. You can set it up in the morning while getting ready for work, or just anytime you want chilled coffee. It’s also great for on the go use. I am very happy with the purchase of this product.

I loved cold brew, I make my own and let it steep for about 24 hours. When I saw this I thought it would be a great shortcut especially at work. Unfortunately like with many things there are no shortcuts to quality. Some may like this and there are some great reviews all over the internet. So I will go over the good and bad.The good - decent construction and couldn’t be easier to assemble. The instructions are straightforward and easy to understand and follow. Packs up compact with all the pieces storing easily.The bad - it is rather loud and I would not recommend having it on if you’re on a conference call as the vibration sound can’t be ignored. Now I love cold brew because it can have a kick and the flavor can be mellow. Unfortunately this only seems to color the water and barely tastes like coffee. It looks like light tea. I tried it a few ways, I ran it back to back 20 min total and not much stronger or darker. I crushed the ice and tried it to have more ice and it didn’t work well.This is a great idea, if you don’t like strong coffee it this may be of great use for you. If you really like your coffee then I would say pass on this and stick to using the filters you can buy to put coffee in or the carafe that has an insert. I really wanted the love this but it’s not quite there yet. They tweak it a bit to make regular cold brew dark I will definitely buy it again.

Compact size. Works well. Not too loud. I read the reviews & I feel some people got a defective item or didn't put it together correctly because this does work. It gives off a slight buzzing noise. Not loud but could be distracting in a quiet office. This does not heat up. It's not supposed to. This is cold brew. The coffee isn't super bold but had a nice taste. I'll use it a lot. I know it. There's 2 fill lines to make coffee so you can make it bolder if you'd like. It does use a lot of grounds but I read that's common with cold brew. Very easy to clean & has a storage lid for when you put it away because all the pieces store compactly in itself & you screw in the storage lid to close it. Easy instructions.

Not only can you make iced coffee, if you like your coffee strong, don't add ice but use the ice setting. It delivers a concentrated brew.

The suction is strong, but the coffee is weak. Oh boy, the price went up by $40 since I bought this last week. Getting this to work requires reading the manual as the coffee maker comes with plenty of parts, but once I have putting this all together it does work quite well. I have found out that it takes a lot of coffee grounds for a 12 oz. cup of cold brew. Five tablespoons full of coffee ground only produced a weakly tasted coffee. You can put more coffee in the machine but that is a lot of coffee for a cup of coffee. Also, you will need to break all the parts down for cleaning.

I think this makes fine coffee, but I'm a person who adds flavored creamer and can rarely tell how strong the java is. It's almost magical how cold the brew is. Much better than my Ninja that has an "over ice" function. It's nice and compact, so I'm going to try to take it to Vegas with me in a couple weeks. Maybe save myself $8/day at Starbucks which is probably my least favorite coffee also. The instructions are clear and simple, and waiting 10 minutes is a whole lot better than waiting a whole night. The only setback I've found, and I'm surprised more people haven't commented on it, is that it is fairly loud. Doesn't bother a massive hangover, though. This one's a keeper!

This sucks and doesn’t even last. First time it didn’t work even though I followed all of the steps properly. Got a replacement and everything was fine. Didn’t use it much because i go through more coffee and creamer with it than my hot coffee. Tried to use it today and it stopped working. Of course now im stuck with it and can’t return it. Wish I would’ve just returned it sooner. Better off buying iced coffee than waiting your time with this.
