These are the best vacuum cleaner bags in the world. Shipping was so fast I got them before I even received the Vacuum. If you have ever seen or used a vacuum bag then you will be pleased with these. They are made out vacuum bag paper and go on vacuums. They capture everything the vacuum sucks up even socks. Sometimes I tear the bag to get them out but usually I just tell my wife the dryer must be eating them. Sometimes I tear the bag putting it on and curse very loudly. It's not the bags fault though since I sometimes have a few beers in me before I vacuum. I typically go through these bags a lot because while I vacuum I can't hear my wife.

Needed to find these bags and when I did then=y worked perfectly.

After owning a Dyson Animal (overpriced junk), I bought a Carpet Pro CPU-2T in April 2012 . Overall, a very good vacuum for carpets, although the hose attachment system isn't the best. My CPU-2T still works as well as the day I bought it.These bags fit my Carpet Pro vacuum and work just fine. I love that they have an adhesive strip to seal the bag shut when changing it out. Maybe they all offer this feature now, but back in the old days, you'd just wind up with dust spilling out of the bag opening.

When installing new bags, you need to be careful not to puncture the bag which I find can happen easily. The cardboard square with the hole in it is placed over the plastic exhaust piece. The problem is that you cant see the cardboard square because its behind the bag. So you have to get a mental picture about the placement as you're installing the bag. Then, once you've centered the hole on the exhaust piece, you need to push the cardboard piece about 1-1/2" further to ensure a good seal. At this point, move slowly so that you dont tear the bag. If you move to quickly, the bag will rip open.

I bought enough to last awhile.

2 of the bags have busted at the bottom seam after using them only twice. The first bag that busted (after using it only 2 times), I thought it was just a faulty bag, things happen, so was annoyed but just put the next bag in. Well that bag busted at the bottom seam after only using it 2 times as well. I'm now on the 3rd and final bag that came and don't expect it to last more than 2 uses. I will never buy these again.

These bags have changed my life. They are so incredible. I'm a nicer person, a better individual overall because of the influence these bags have had on my life. Everyone loves me now. Small talk is so easy ever since people started asking me about my clean floors. My dog came back. My cat started cuddling me again. And I've defeated the demagorgon. The Carpet Pro upright vacuum bags are for the vacuum we purchased. The vacuum is made in the USA and it is mostly metal. Even though the vacuum cleaner is about 20 lbs. it feels like a light-weight upright vacuum. It is easy to use and does a professional job of carpet vacuuming over any surface without manual adjustments. The carpet easily moves from carpet to area rug to laminate flooring and vinyl flooring. We're pleased with the vacuum and replacement bags.
