The Dog Who Followed the Moon: A Beautifully Illustrated Adult Fable

I bought this book for myself and as a gift for someone else. I'm so glad I did. This book is a straightforward, simple to read, captivating story with many messages that spoke to me and comforted my soul. It's beautifully written and illustrated, nothing like I normally read, brought me to tears at times and then made my heart smile. What more can you ask for? Treat yourself and enjoy!

Gorgeous graphics and a lovely story. I bought it to give to a friend who loved it. It was so compelling that I ended reading it before wrapping it up as a gift.

Beautiful and uplifting as ever..

As far as I can tell, there are none, you can’t change the orientation, enlarge the illustrations, or change the font size. I read on an iPhone, and everything is quite tiny. I eventually figured out how to tap to enlarge each set of words, and go to the next lines by tapping the page and advancing with each tap. It took a bit of time plus trial and error to figure this out. It made reading it very frustrating. It’s a good book and worth it. I deducted a star due to lack of instructions.

I read this over two days. I was busy and should have finished it quickly. This short well illustrated book is just fabulous. Its end brought tears to this 77 year old reader who has faced his own challenges including leukemia now. It' message of hope and courage when adversity strikes is just remarkable. I will read again and savor the words as they play across the pages. Well done.

A wonderful and moving story to share with my son with truly beautiful illustrations. It was a timely purchase as we were had only recently suffered the loss of our beloved cat and my son was also in hospital for several weeks. Reading it to him while we both looked at the illustrations was a lovely way to pass some time, whilst also being able to reflect on our loss and grieve.

Bought this for my daughter. Gorgeous art work and wonderful story. Highly recommended
