Feet issues
I bought these over a year ago, still in good condition, it thinned out just a little bit so I decided to buy new ones since I wear it all the time and more and thicker obviously, I have custom insoles from foot dr which works great for work shoes that I stand all day. I have plantar fasciitis, neuroma, bursa cyst sac between both feet. These insoles help amazing with the comfort, I am a bit overweight not terrible but having feet issues and standing all day at work these help a lot, and I’m very happy I tried the generic (these) first lol

These insoles make my feet feel great.
I got these for a pair of Adidas sneakers, women's size 7.5. They fit perfectly without needing to be trimmed. They greatly improved the way the shoes felt. I have supination and need padding and cushioning to avoid shin splints. These insoles added significant padding in all the right places, plus a modified arch support. The initial smell was off-putting, but I just tossed them in a corner and within two weeks, the smell had completely vanished. What was left was a great pair of insoles, much better than the ones that came with the shoes.

Single layer
These seem to be advertised double layered... So they're not as good as they are shown to be but still really comfortable with the single layer.

Solved all my problems
Back in Nov of 2024 I had surgery to correct a hammertoe which left me with severe metatarsal head pain. These have elevated my pain almost completely. I work in an operating room and am on my feet in one 4x4 square for hours at a time also adding anywhere from 5000-10000 steps depending on the day. I have spent hundreds on trying to find a pair of shoes that I could make it through my day in. I've finally found a solution to my problem. The cushion of the insole provides me extra padding where I need it and addition support helping with hip and back pain as well. I recommend this 100% and will continue to purchase them Thank you Operating room surgical first assist

Decent product but misleading advertising
These are definitely comfortable, but the advertisement is misleading. They use two pads, one on top of the other, to suggest they are the best in comfort and an "egg drop" will not result in the egg breaking. Very misleading. That said, they are comfortable and I would purchase again - I simply do not like the false advertising.

Thick, Firm, Spongy, Good Support For the Heel.
I bought a pair of these insole inserts from Roofo and fulfilled by Amazon for about $7. The inserts are FIRM with a spongy feel around the heel. The accupressure spots that "massage" the bottom of your feet feels funny at first but you gradually get used to it. I've tried different types of insoles including massaging gel, memory foam, cushioned odor eaters, cushioned foam, etc. Depending on the shoe or sneaker I wear and the height of the toe box, I usually use a combination of various insoles. These particular type of insole is 2x thicker in the heel than anything else. Since the foam is FIRM, it does not compress easily but offers support. It feels fine for me depending on my footwear. Some might feel "too much height" and cause the top of your foot to rub up against the top of your shoes. If you are Tom Cruise, you might appreciate the extra inch in height. Lol. Massage Gel and Memory Foam will feel good initially but after 2 hours of compression, it doesn't "fluff" back up to give you the soft cushiony feel. That's why I use a combination of insoles. It works for me but everyone is different. These seem to work best in work boots and mesh sneakers where the toe box is higher and looser. Women should not be using these with stilletos. Lol While you can trim them, I found that the insole marked for Mens 6.5 - 10 fits a size 10 perfectly without trimming. If you have a larger foot size, these may be too small for you. The front portion of the insoles taper down and are fairly thin so you may not care. It should also be noted that you can find these identical insoles under different brands, colors ranging from $6 - $12. The "4D", "Cloud" insoles are identical so shop by price.

Hubby liked his, I don’t like mine.
I bought these for my husband and I. He likes his. They fit in your shoes easy. Shipped on time. I don’t like mine. They worked okay for a little while. A few weeks. They start to smell and make my socks smell. And my feet still hurt during work. My work makes us wear certain shoes, which hurt your feet. I buy a lot of insoles and so far haven’t found the perfect ones. So I’ll just try something else.

I ordered these and the well known Brand name starting with ‘S’ at the same time. These are far better for me - thicker, softer, much more comfortable! I just ordered 5 more pairs! I have multiple foot issues including arthritis, tendonopathy, neuropathy and plantar fasciitis. These insoles are amazing! I was in agony & had to work on my feet all day. I put these in my sandals & my pain reduced significantly, so I was able to get through! Not a great look in sandals, but I couldn’t care less if there’s no pain! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

These are very soft and don't provide any support, especially in the arch. I have plantar fasciitis and have tried a dozen different over the counter insoles and these do nothing for me.
