Surface is not glossy it's matte
Great monitor but misleading listing saying it has a "glossy" screen, it's matte. I'm keeping the monitor but I specifically was looking for one with a glossy surface.

Screen flickering
I hooked it up and connected the screen to my laptop and all it does is flicker. I even changed around the C cables and it still flickered.

Decent monitor for the price
Does a good job as a second monitor for a laptop. It is bright enough even to use in a car. Had it mounted to the back of the head rest during a long drive so the kids could watch movies. Biggest draw back is the menu options, they are cumbersome at best. They are very difficult to navigate and even more difficult to get the settings right. Because of this sometimes the picture just doesn't look right. I bought a second monitor that costs about the same price which has a better display and much easier menu options to navigate.
