Love this product. I have a slipped disc between C7/T1 and had two different injections which didnt last long for pain relieve. Since i started this supplement I have hardly had any pain and haven't had anymore injections for 6 months (knock on wood lol). Worth a try. It took about 5 days before I noticed pain relief. Taking 3 per day. This is not a pain medication but it must lub my joints or something. Has even helped my hips.

I take these supplements for my bone on bone knee. Help really well to relieve pain, swelling and knee function. Makes me more mobile within an hour. While pills are somewhat big, they are very easy to swallow, believe it or not. The only small downsides are that I get a slight dry mouth and a need to drink apple juice daily for the side effects of taking anti inflammatories. Great, effective product.
