2 Machines - Neither Worked
First machine didn't work. Reached out to the seller and was asked for a whats app number to communicate rather than working thru the Amazon email customer service. After several frustrating days, I was asked to send a video of what the machine was doing (the cutting arm wouldn't move and the motor was running extremely hot) sent video and was told the chain wasn't lined up. I was told to "hit it with a hammer". I declined to use a hammer on an almost $2,000 piece of machinery. Amazon Customer Service arranged to have the defective machine picked up and replaced. Also, the machine came with the power cord severed and a 110 plug tapped to the outside. I had to have a neighbor, who is an electrician, splice the cord together before I could even plug it in to my try it. 2nd machine arrived 2 days earlier than expected (YAY)! It didn't work correctly either. Half the dough squeezed out from the sides of the hopper. What did come through the die either stuck to the cutter arm or flew off it, very little actually cut correctly and none of it was a uniform size. Neither machine came with an owner's or instruction manual. When I requested one I first got a photo of the front of the machine with numbers 1-4 showing what order to push buttons, but nothing about what each did or how to actually adjust anything. When I did finally get a "manual" it was 4 pages and not in english. Anytime I would email or message for help, I would be asked to send another video. I sent 3 before I gave up and sent the 2nd machine back. I do not recommend this machine.
