Quite simply put this stuff is amazing and soothing with a fresh soft fragrance to it somewhat refreshing I like it and have purchased a few since getting my tattoo one of many more to come I'll be using Tattoo Aftercare products which I highly recommend you give a try.

Bought for my first tattoo back in January. I applied it daily for a week before the tattoo was done, which I think helped the tattoo go well. Second tattoo was done last week and I did the same thing – applied daily for a week before and then every day after for a few weeks. I use it as part of a healing process, washing the tattoo area with Healsporin in the shower, applying an aloe vera gel after drying off, then putting the tattoo butter on an hour or so later. A similar process at night: tattoo butter about two hours before bed, then gently wash the area with a moisturising antiseptic soap and apply the aloe gel again. For the first tattoo, and so far with the new tattoo, this has worked very well: no itching, no inflammation, all going well. And this tiny little pot lasts ages and ages: two tattoos down and there'll still be enough for my third and fourth, possibly even a fifth! Much recommended.

Use when I had a large tattoo on my arm. Very good just don’t use too much, only a thin layer required.

I have had one from tattoo studio and I was very happy. I bought another here as it was much cheaper. It does make healing process very smooth. During flaking phase, it didn't itch at all so no scabs! I did use it 3x a day for a week and then 2x for another week. Scent isn't too bad. It's very greasy so for a first 30 mins or so I let it sit without covering it with clothes. I found it that the best way to apply it is to take small amount and wait for it to soften on your fingers. Then apply it on tattoo as this prevents you from putting too much. You only need thin layer. I highly recommend it.

Bought this to try as it was decent value. The product works well, it moisturises and a little goes a long way. Bad points, the scent is not to my liking. Very citrusy/ piney, think cheap air freshener. It comes in a plastic tub! This really annoys me as somebody trying to reduce my plastic use. It could so easily be put in a steel or glass tub. Had I known it wasn’t glass I would have passed on this and am definitely not buying it again because of this.
