Instructions could be a little clearer. But, nice compact unit that does the job perfectly.

Good value, if a little awkward to set up.
Well made and nice looking. The instruction manual is not the best and programming may take you some time. As far as I can tell if you look at a program you actually have started to program the device and it is stuck in that mode until you finish programming it. Resetting or removing the batteries doesn’t help. If you only ever program it once then it doesn’t really matter. I’m guessing that the temperature is measuring the current through a thermistor, whatever while you are programming it the temperature reading rises dramatically. So my room is 18 degrees, and while programming the indicated temperature went up to 28 degrees, back to 18 after being left for 30 mins. Again shouldn’t really matter in real use. The manual on the website is quite a bit clearer and remember it’s only £33 and not many programmable thermostats are very user friendly.
