Before I made this purchase I looked at other vendors and read all the negative reviews before I pushed the button. I have trouble believing this vendor wouldn’t make things right if there was a problem (outside of a refund as stated). All that said, I bought this as a birthday gift for a “guitar picker” in the family and was not disappointed. The only thing I would suggest is know your fonts and think about your choice before hand. I am completely satisfied with mine, because it is exactly what I ordered and exactly what I received. I plan to order more as birthday gifts for friends and relatives and shall recommend it to anyone inquiring.
