I like this knife, it's sharp not too heavy and looks good. I just didn't realise how short it was so I'l;l be buying the next size up soon. Price wise it's highly recommended & looks good.

The product looks and feels good and does a good job in my estimation, so much better than your big standard kitchen gear. However I’m not a chef, but still very pleased with it and will be adding to the knife rack with more of the same in smaller/larger knives. 😊👍

Maybe my tomatoes had leather skins but this knife was useless after a couple of weeks. Sabatier refunded me without asking for the knife back, leading me to think mine was not the only one like that
